You must complete verification before you can receive commission payments. Partners request payments manually, and all payouts require compliance with applicable terms and policies.
Our Money Handling Obligations
We require identity verification before issuing any commission payments. This process includes standard KYC and AML checks for the individual or entity receiving funds.
You can complete verification at any time through the Secure Account Portal. Most partners do this when submitting their first payment request or when updating payment details. Because we only pay commissions to verified accounts, completing verification early helps avoid delays.
We calculate affiliate commissions monthly, covering earnings up to and including the end of the previous calendar month. For IBs, we calculate commissions weekly. In both cases, payments proceed once verification is complete and you submit a valid payment request through the Partner Tracking Portal.
If you do not reach the minimum payment threshold, the portal will not show a payment request option. Instead, commissions roll over automatically until you reach the required amount.
Wire Transfer Details
If you choose bank transfer, we may request the following information:
- Beneficiary name
- Beneficiary address
- Bank name
- Bank address
- Account number
- SWIFT or BIC code
- IBAN where applicable
- Local routing details where required
- Payment currency
We only pay commissions to partners who comply with our partner terms, policies, and promotional guidelines. We may withhold, delay, or reverse payments if we identify fraudulent, misleading, or non-compliant referral activity.
You are responsible for ensuring that your marketing activity complies with all applicable laws and regulations in the regions where you operate.
