TradePointsWhat is TradePoints?TradePoints is TabTrade's rewards program: clients earn points from a first deposit and from monthly FX and metals trading, then redeem them for third-party rewards. Details are on the TradePoints rewards program page.

TradePointsWhich trades earn TradePoints?Only completed FX and metals trades earn TradePoints. Crypto, indices and shares earn none.

TradePointsWhy are my TradePoints missing?TabTrade credits TradePoints once a month, in the calendar month after the qualifying activity. Trades placed before you linked TradePoints do not count. First-deposit points follow separate TradePoints crediting rules.

TradePointsCan I withdraw TradePoints as cash?No. TradePoints are rewards, not money: they are not withdrawable, not cashable and not transferable.

TradePointsDo TradePoints expire?Yes, after 12 consecutive months with no points earned or redeemed on your TradePoints account.
